While the newsletters should be accessible for everybody, the administrative system has been especially designed for Windows-computers using Microsoft Explorer 5.1 or higher. For the time being, users with other systems and/or browsers might not be able to access all the functions of the administrative mode, and for this reason cannot be recommended to apply for an account.
